2) Become a trigger detective. Know what your triggers are, so you are always prepared.

3) The most common allergy triggers in monsoon are molds and fungus - make sure you control the humidity at home.

4) Don't collect too many indoor plants. Soil encourages the growth of molds.

5) Limit how many rugs you keep to reduce dust and mold. Make sure you can wash them. Keep them dry always.

6) Limit your exposure to dust and chemicals. Wear a mask and gloves when you clean, vacuum, or paint.

7) If you have pets, make sure they are well groomed and dry. Wash/Scrub/Comb your pets fur two or three times a week especially during heavy rains. Pet shedding and dander are leading causes of Nasal Allergy.
